Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Handiers, Inc. (“Handiers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with NextPros, including our websites, mobile applications, AI assistant features, wearable companion features, subscription and billing pages, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

NextPros is currently intended for users in the United States.

1. Information We Collect

Account, Business, and Authentication Information

We may collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and profile information;

  • Business name, business address, company information, team membership, role, and permissions;

  • Login and authentication information, including Firebase authentication identifiers and information received through sign-in providers such as
    Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In;

  • Account identifiers such as pro IDs, company IDs, session information, and access state;

  • Subscription, plan, trial, entitlement, and usage-limit information.

Phone-number verification codes may be sent through Firebase Authentication.

Customer Data Entered by Pros

NextPros helps service professionals manage their own customers, jobs, schedules, estimates, invoices, and service reports.
When a professional user enters information about a customer, that information is “Customer Data.” Customer Data may include:

  • Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, and notes;

  • Job titles, descriptions, addresses, dates, times, durations, status, priority, notes, check-in/check-out information, team assignments, and
    internal notes;

  • Estimate, invoice, payment-status, paid/unpaid balance, revenue, and receivable information;

  • Service report content, selected photos, report links, and related customer-facing materials.

We process Customer Data to provide the Services to the professional user and their company, including customer management, scheduling, job
management, file storage, service reports, AI features, billing workflows, and support.
The professional user is responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to enter, upload, use, and disclose Customer Data through NextPros.

Team and Company Information

If you use company or team features, we may collect team member names, emails, phone numbers, roles, permissions, company membership, team
assignments, and invitation information.

Contacts

If you grant contacts permission, NextPros allows you to select specific contacts from your device and import the selected contact information into your customer records.
We do not upload your entire address book. We do not sell imported contacts or use them for third-party advertising.

Photos, Files, Audio, Video, and Other Content

We collect content you upload, create, attach, or generate through the Services, including:

  • Photos and videos, including before/after job photos;

  • Documents, PDFs, files, estimates, invoices, and service reports;

  • Audio recordings and voice inputs;

  • Messages, drafts, notes, attachments, and AI-generated or user-edited content.

We refer to this content as “User Content” or “User Files.”
Uploaded files may be stored using third-party cloud storage services.

Location and Mapping Information

If you grant location permission, we may process your device location while you are using the app to support maps, job-site arrival detection, ETA,
routing, scheduling, and related field-service features.
We may also process job, customer, and business addresses for maps, geocoding, route, and schedule features. These features may use Google Maps
Platform, including maps, places, geocoding, directions, and traffic-related services.
We currently describe our location use as foreground, while-you-use-the-app location use. If we later enable background or always-on location
collection, we will provide any required notice and permission request before doing so.
You can disable location permissions in your device settings, but some map, ETA, arrival, or scheduling features may not work.

AI Assistant Information

NextPros includes AI assistant features for text, voice, job intake, scheduling, customer-message drafts, invoice or estimate drafts, field notes,
business summaries, and related workflows.
When you use AI features, we may process:

  • Your prompts, voice inputs, audio recordings, transcripts, and AI responses;

  • Relevant job, customer, schedule, invoice, file, photo, document, and business context needed to answer your request or perform the requested
    action;

  • Drafts, suggestions, tool calls, approval actions, and generated content;

  • AI usage metadata, such as token usage, request counts, latency, or error information.

We may use third-party AI service providers, machine learning models, speech processing services, transcription services, language models, and
related infrastructure providers to provide AI functionality.
We do not use User Content to train our own AI models. We require our AI service providers to process User Content only as needed to provide, secure, monitor, and improve the requested AI features, or as otherwise permitted by their applicable terms, our agreements with them, and applicable law.
Depending on the provider, configuration, and feature, AI service providers may temporarily process or retain prompts, inputs, outputs, audio,
transcripts, metadata, or related context for purposes such as delivering the service, abuse monitoring, safety, reliability, security, debugging, or legal compliance.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using, sending, or relying on it.

Wearable Companion Information

If you use Apple Watch, Wear OS, or another companion device feature, we may process compact job, schedule, and status information needed to display today’s work, selected job context, approval cards, and AI results.
Wearable voice features may capture microphone audio on the wearable device and transfer the recording or related metadata to your phone or our
Services for processing. Wearable payloads may include selected job IDs, occurrence keys, job titles, schedule information, customer names, customer phone numbers, short address labels, and approval status.

Communications Information

NextPros may help prepare SMS, email, phone, service-report, invoice, estimate, review-request, or payment-link drafts.
NextPros does not directly send customer SMS messages in current customer communication flows. Instead, the app may open your device’s SMS, phone, email, or share composer, and you decide whether to send the message.

Payment and Billing Information

Subscription and billing flows may be handled through NextPros web pages and payment providers such as Stripe. We may receive subscription status,
plan, trial, entitlement, invoice, checkout, and billing metadata.
We do not store full payment card numbers directly on NextPros systems. Payment information is processed by our payment providers.

Device, Usage, Analytics, and Security Information

We may collect:

  • IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app version, language, time zone, and identifiers;

  • Log data, crash reports, diagnostics, performance data, and error reports;

  • Usage events, feature interactions, subscription-access refreshes, and analytics;

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging or Apple Push Notification tokens and notification metadata;

  • Cookie, pixel, session, and similar website/app tracking information.

We use tools such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Messaging, Sentry, Wix or similar website infrastructure providers, and similar providers for
analytics, reliability, notifications, security, and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve NextPros;

  • Authenticate users and protect accounts;

  • Manage customers, jobs, schedules, teams, invoices, estimates, service reports, and business records;

  • Store, upload, display, organize, and retrieve User Files;

  • Provide AI assistant, voice, automation, suggestion, draft, and approval features;

  • Provide maps, geocoding, directions, ETA, navigation, and location-based features;

  • Monitor performance, debug issues, prevent fraud, and secure the Services;

3. AI Safety and User Approval

Some NextPros AI features can prepare drafts, suggestions, or proposed actions.

Certain actions require user approval or confirmation before execution, including customer communications, schedule changes, estimate or invoice sends, payment links, team assignments, location sharing, refunds, deletions, and legal or compliance wording.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using, sending, or relying on it.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

Service Providers

We use service providers to host, store, process, secure, analyze, and operate the Services. These may include providers for:

  • Cloud hosting, file storage, and infrastructure providers;

  • Authentication, analytics, messaging, and app infrastructure, including Firebase;

  • AI processing, speech processing, transcription, machine learning, and related infrastructure providers;

  • Maps, places, geocoding, and directions, including Google Maps Platform;

  • Analytics, crash reporting, and security, including Firebase Analytics and Sentry;

  • Notifications, including Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service;

  • Payments and billing, including Stripe;

  • Website hosting, website analytics, customer support, email, and operational tools.

These providers process information for us or on our behalf to provide the Services, support our operations, secure the Services, or perform other
permitted business purposes.

Your Customers, Team Members, and Intended Recipients

We disclose information when you direct us to do so, such as when you:

  • Share a service report, invoice, estimate, payment link, or job update;

  • Send or approve a customer message;

  • Assign work to a team member;

  • Invite a team member or company member;

  • Use a feature that makes information available to a customer or recipient.

Legal, Safety, and Compliance

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with law, legal process, or government requests;

  • Protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of Handiers, users, customers, or others;

  • Detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues;

  • Enforce our agreements and policies.

Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be
transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Sales, Sharing, Advertising, and Tracking

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not sell User Files, Customer Data, selected imported contacts, precise location information, or AI inputs.

We use analytics and operational tools to understand product usage, improve reliability, measure performance, and secure the Services. These tools must be configured consistently with this Privacy Policy. If we later enable third-party advertising, retargeting pixels, or other technologies that constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy laws, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required opt-out rights.

Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not currently provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers or extensions may send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, and our websites and apps do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Some browsers or extensions may send Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out preference signals. Because we do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, these signals do not currently change how we process personal information.

If we later engage in activity that legally requires honoring Global Privacy Control or another opt-out preference signal, we will honor such signals as required by applicable law.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our providers may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain sessions and authentication;

  • Remember preferences;

  • Understand usage and improve performance;

  • Detect fraud and secure the Services;

  • Measure website and app activity.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Mobile devices also provide settings for analytics, advertising identifiers, notifications,
and app permissions.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

Retention periods depend on the type of information, account status, legal requirements, user settings, deletion requests, backup cycles, and operational needs.

Examples:

  • Account and business records are generally retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward;

  • Customer Data, job records, invoices, estimates, service reports, and User Files are retained until deleted by an authorized user or no longer
    needed, subject to backup, legal, and operational limits;

  • Local device caches may remain on your device until removed through the app, device settings, or uninstall process;

  • Logs, analytics, and security records may be retained for shorter operational periods unless needed for security, legal, or support purposes;

  • Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.

9. Your Choices

You may have the following choices, depending on your account, device, and applicable law:

  • Access, update, export, or delete certain account and business information;

  • Delete or edit customers, jobs, files, notes, invoices, estimates, and service reports, subject to permissions and legal limits;

  • Disable camera, microphone, speech recognition, contacts, photos, notifications, or location permissions in your device settings;

  • Decline optional permissions, although some features may not work;

  • Use or avoid AI, voice, wearable, contacts, and location features;

  • Opt out of marketing emails by using unsubscribe links or contacting us;

  • Control cookies through browser settings;

  • Contact us to make a privacy request.

10. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Some U.S. state privacy laws provide rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain
processing. These laws may apply only to businesses that meet specific legal thresholds.

Depending on where you live and whether applicable law applies to us, you may have rights to:

  • Know or access the personal information we collect, use, or disclose;

  • Correct inaccurate personal information;

  • Delete personal information;

  • Receive a portable copy of certain information;

  • Opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling;

  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;

  • Appeal a denial of your request;

  • Not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

To make a request, contact us at privacy@handiers.com.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We may deny or limit requests where allowed by law, including when
information is needed to provide the Services, complete transactions, comply with law, protect security, prevent fraud, or maintain business records.

11. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

Where applicable, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers, such as name, email, phone number, account IDs, device IDs, customer contact information, and business contact information;

  • Commercial information, such as subscription, plan, invoice, estimate, payment-status, service history, and usage-limit information;

  • Internet or electronic activity information, such as app usage, logs, device data, browser data, and analytics events;

  • Geolocation information, such as job addresses, customer addresses, and device location if enabled;

  • Audio, visual, and electronic information, such as photos, videos, voice recordings, transcripts, files, PDFs, messages, and service reports;

  • Professional or business-related information, such as company, team, role, and service-business information;

  • Inferences or derived information, such as job suggestions, scheduling suggestions, business summaries, and AI-generated drafts;

  • Sensitive personal information, where applicable, such as account login information, precise geolocation if enabled, message or file contents,
    audio recordings, and information that may appear in User Content or Customer Data.

We collect and use these categories for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, AI features, maps, customer and job management, billing, communications, analytics, security, support, and legal compliance.

We disclose these categories to the service providers and recipients described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for unrelated purposes.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, devices, passwords, and access permissions.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us
at privacy@handiers.com and we will take appropriate steps.

14. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, maps providers, sign-in providers, communication tools, AI providers, and websites.

Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
